Microsoft SharePoint Online Code Analysis Framework (MSOCAF)

A must have for every SharePoint developer starting with Office 365 development: MSOCAF ( https://caf.sharepoint.microsoftonline.com/ ): a tool used to check code before submitting it to Microsoft for BPOS/Office365.

A quick note here: MSOCAF is primarily meant for customers on Office 365 dedicated plans, not your typical Office 365 subscriptions that you pay a low monthly fee. Thus, recommending MSOCAF for “every SharePoint developer starting with Office 365” is a bit of an overstatement. Most SharePoint developers do not need to worry about MSOCAF, unless you do solutions for dedicated O365 tenants – and in that case, you are not “starting with” anymore.
