Cool party trick using NTFS Alternate Data Streams

NTFS Alternate Data Streams allows you to create multiple data streams for a single file. This allows for the possibility to specify metadata such as access rights, date and time info and such. The cool party trick (if you have a somewhat geeky audience) is that you can use it to hide text in Notepad:
